About Vacuum Formers

Vacuum Formers Ltd is a British company that creates moulded plastic components using thermoforming techniques.

Our factory is based in England in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Ideally located to serve our customers throughout the UK. Vaccum formers is a family business. Our success is largely due to our flexible and creative approach.

We are specialists in the manufacture of replacement lamp bowls for roadside and amenity lighting, and a wide range of general purpose industrial mouldings, ranging from motorcycle spares to funnels for pharmaceutical machines. A complete in-house development service is carried out on the premises by our team of experienced design engineers - from initial drawings to production quantities. We provide realistic lead times for prototype production. We can also provide CNC routing, press cutting and "cut to size" panels.
